Fox Red Moth LE Photoshoot

Once again Peter Stevens got me on board to produce unique content for their social media and website, all focused around the then yet to be released Fox Red Moth LE motocross gear. The gear itself was being released at the New York round of the AMA Supercross, so the theme based on this was Urban. I was entrusted to capture the gear while creating an urban feel to the image. The challenge was to bring something that's not urban, being motocross, and make it feel at home in a city environment.

Urban photography itself has taken off in the last few years. More and more photos are being taken highlighting the underground essence of the city, as well as capturing the hidden, and sometimes out of bounds/abandoned locations. Trending with the artform is an editing style which is best described as having a grungy matte feel, which I've applied to my photos to help set the feel within the shots. Also a big thanks to my buddy Travis Cooper for stepping up to the plate and offering is modelling skills for the occasion.

To go along with these shots I produced some Studio images of the gear to add to the imagery provided. Although these weren't required, I know it's something Fox create and thought I'd put my own spin on them.
